Oats are very good for health as well as raisins. Oats and Raisins plays an important role. They have high fiber, low calories, increases supply of energy, aids digestion, low level fats, high level of proteins, protects eye vision, treats anemia, reduces risk of diabetes, removes bad cholesterol, protects against heart diseases, have antioxidants, develops immune response..... etc. So why don't you try this oats and raisins as your daily breakfast. Eating them alone may be very boring. So let us try them in a different way which is very tasty and good for health.
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Raagi powder
Half spoon cinnamon powder
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
Few drops of vanilla essence

Take oats and raisins in a mixer jar and make them into small flakes that will be fine for cookies.
Now take all other ingredients and beat them to mix properly.
Allow it to settle for some time.
