Oats Idly is very easy to prepare and also take very less time when compared to regular Idly. I can say this is very less time taking process because fermentation is not needed when we prepare this Idly.
1 cup -Urad Dal
1 cup - Boiled Vegetables ( Carrot, Beans)
Salt as desired
Oil for greasing
Mustard and Jeera

So now let Us Start Preparation:
Ingredients:
1 cup - Oats1 cup -Urad Dal
1 cup - Boiled Vegetables ( Carrot, Beans)
Salt as desired
Oil for greasing
Mustard and Jeera
Procedure:
- Soak urad dal for 15min.
- After that take 1 cup of oats and soaked urad into a mixer.
- Make it fine paste adding water that will be easy to make idly.
- Now add some salt to taste.
- Take a pan and some oil let it heat for sometime.
- Add mustard and jeera to it.
- Now add boiled vegetables let it cook for some time.
- Now take idly pan and apply oil to it so that idly doesn`t stick to pan.
- Take the mixture of urad and oats into a dish.
- Add fried vegetable to it.
- Now put this mixture into the idly pan.
- Allow to cook it for 15min.
- Now your oats idly is ready to eat.
You can have this Oats Idly like the way it is or you can have Sauce along with that.
