Guys we regularly take many types of foods outside and also at home. But many of us are not aware of the harmful food combinations that we have in our daily routine. Some foods when taken in combination of other can make your digestive system weak, upset your stomach, cause some allergies, make your drowsy all the say etc... Many of us do not know the combinations that will boost your body. Some combinations of foods that we take lead to harmful effects, some effect your organs function, and some combinations will help your body to stay fit. So let us see some foods that which we should take care when we have them with different combinations.





Harmful Combinations: 

There are some food combinations that effect our organ system and their function so we need to take of such wrong combination of foods. Let us see some below.

Milk and Fruits: 

Fruits should not be taken along with milk. Fruits contain toxin forming substances so when you take it along with milk that can cause heavy toxin in the body that is not really good for health.

Milk with salt:

Milk with salt is not a good combination. It is said that milk has calcium ions in it which is possible for curdling. But when salt is added to milk it is breaking the calcium ions and make the process of curdling difficult. Not only for curdling in general also milk along with salt is harmful.
Note: Milk is always recommended to have when it is hot taking cold milk is not suggestible.

Honey with Hot Water:

Honey alone is very good for health. But honey when added to hot water turns as high toxin substance that effect your health. 

Ice Creams after Meal:

Meals which we consume contain oil. So immediately after taking meals if you eat ice cream the oil within the consumed food will stick to the valves. So it recommended to have warm water after have having meals. Warm water can melt the oils that stick to the valves.

Curd with Fruits:

Cured along with fruits in small quantity may not cause much effect, but curd with fruits in almost equal quantity can effect your digestion process.

There are many other wrong combinations but these are the combinations that we regularly see in our daily life so focused only those combinations.

Acid Fruits: 
Grapes, Kiwis, Lemon juice, Orange 

Sub-acid Fruits:
Apples, Apricots, Cherries, Pears, and Plums. 

Sweet Fruits:
Bananas, Dates, Figs, Papayas.

Proteins:
Avocados, Nuts, Soy beans, Sprouts.

Low starch
Cabbage, Cucumbers, Lettuce Mushrooms, Radish, Pepper.

Starches:
Carrots, Coconuts, Grains.
